Q. I moved back in June and also need to file taxes as a non-resident for the state where I previously resided. Are you able to prepare my tax return for my previous state of residence?

Q. I need to file for divorce and want to seek full custody of our 2 children. Is this something that your firm can assist me with?

Q. In the event that I get audited while having my taxes prepared by your organization, how much does it cost for tax audit representation?

A. There is no cost for tax audit representation as long as we have prepared your taxes. Otherwise, we charge $75/hour with a minimum of 4 hours.

Q. I've heard that it is possible to file bankruptcy on my own without the use of an attorney. Is there any truth to that?

A. Yes. That is absolutely the truth. In fact, filing bankruptcy on your own without the use of an attorney is the most cost effective way to file bankruptcy. Q. If I get an extension to file my taxes, can I still get a same day refund?

A. Same day refunds are available only from January through the end of April.

Q. I have to file for bankruptcy. What types of bankruptcy are available?

A. You can apply to have the court review your situation and allow you to pay your filing fees in installments. In addition, you can also file a form requesting a waiver of the filing fee.

Q. How much do you charge to incorporate a business? Also, does it cost extra for expedited service?

A. We charge $395 to incorporate your business. The fees for expedited service will depend on which state you are incorporating in as each state charges different fees for registering your business on an expedited basis.

Q. I have a small business and need someone to do the bookkeeping and recordkeeping. Is that something that you could assist me with?

A. Yes. We can put together a package to provide all of these services for you at a cost-effective rate.

Q. I have not filed taxes for the last couple of years. Is it too late to file, or can I still file for those years?

A. You are still required by law to file any back taxes. We can prepare your back taxes no matter how far back you need to file.

Q. Do you charge anything extra for same day tax preparation?

A. As long as we don't have a backlog of cases, there is no charge for same day tax return preparation. If there is a backlog, there will be an additional charge of $25 for same day services.
