Listed below is what our bankruptcy kit consists of. The total cost for the bankruptcy kit is $300. This includes all of the forms required for filing Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcies. The bankruptcy courts still charge a filing fee in order to file for bankruptcy. This fee is currently $299 for Chapter 7 and $274 for Chapter 13. You can also apply to have the bankruptcy filing fee paid in installments or waived entirely. The kit also provides you with the installment and waiver request forms.
